We stand behind the products we sell. You may gently try it on to determine if the product is a good match for your needs. If not, you may send it back for refund or exchange. Please see details under Returns/Exchange Policy.

Please inspect all products upon receipt, to make sure they are correct and free from defect.

Items may be returned to us for refund or exchange, for 30 days from purchase, if they are in new condition, including packaging. After 30 days and up to 60 days, we will be happy to accept returns for store credit only. Any refunds will be issued in the same method as the original form of payment.

Stock items will ship within 1 business day of your order being placed. Please allow 2-3 business days for non-stock items to ship. If you would like to know if your item is in stock, please contact customer service at 1 877 330 5900, or email info@supportsockshop.com.

Occasionally, items will be on backorder. Customer service will notify you by phone or email to inform you of the duration of the delay and any comparable substitute that is available sooner.

What is your policy on customer privacy?

Support Sock Shop will not disclose or sell any of your personal information, including your name, address, credit card number, shopping, or transaction history to any third party without your permission.

Under no circumstances will we ever distribute your credit card information or your phone number to a third party.

Why are your prices so much lower than in a pharmacy or medical supply house?

We specialize in compression garments only. Because we buy these products in such bulk, we are able to pass our savings along to our customers.

Pharmacies and medical supply stores do not keep in stock or order nearly as many compression products as we do, simply because they have to focus on supplying prescription drugs, hospital beds, or oxygen tanks, etc. Consequently, the pricing they get from the stocking manufacturers will not be as competitive, so they are forced to charge the customer more.

How soon can I expect my order after I place it online?

In-stock items will ship within 1 business day of your order being placed. Please allow 2-3 business days for non-stock items to ship. If you would like to know if your item is in stock, please contact customer service at 1 877 330 5900, or email info@supportsockshop.com.

Transit times will vary depending on your location, but range from 1-5 business days via UPS Ground.

**Please note that Prenatal Cradle garments, Jeunique, ITA-MED/Gabrialla, Underworks, and Fembrace products only bear a 14 day return policy.

For your returning convenience, a pre-paid UPS label can be emailed to you for a fee of $7.50. This will be deducted off your refund. UPS labels expire 10 days from when they are issued. When using this method, please be sure to drop off the package as soon as possible to your nearest UPS shipping outlet, or with a UPS delivery person.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless there was an error made on our part. In this case, we will refund the customer’s return postage via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail, or offer a prepaid UPS return label.

**Please note that our FREE GROUND SHIPPING for all orders is a 'one-way fare' offer. Returns or exchanges on these orders will result in an $8.95 charge to cover costs.

If you would like to exchange an item, simply send the item within 30 days of purchase to the above address with a note detailing the item you would like to receive in exchange.

**Exchanged items will be sent to you for a fee of $8.95 for shipping & handling.

We use UPS Worldwide Express. Please allow up to 1 week for delivery of orders outside of North America.
