We stand behind the products we sell. You may gently try it on to determine if the product is a good match for your needs. If not, you may send it back for refund or exchange. Please see details below.
Please inspect all products upon receipt, to make sure they are correct and free from defect.
Items may be returned to us for refund or exchange, for 30 days from purchase, if they are in new condition, including packaging. After 30 days and up to 60 days, we will be happy to accept returns for store credit only. Any refunds will be issued in the same method as the original form of payment.
**Please note that Prenatal Cradle garments, Jeunique, ITA-MED/Gabrialla, and Fembrace products only bear a 14 day return policy.
IMPORTANT: “Almost Free Shipping” POLICY:
Please note that our flat-rate Ground shipping (“Almost Free Shipping”) of $5.95 is for promotional purposes on purchases only. Any orders sent back for refund or exchange will be subject to a $3.00 charge as a restocking fee. This fee is just per purchase, not per item.
**Please note that our promotional FREE GROUND SHIPPING offer is a "one-way fare" offer. Free Ground Shipping orders that are returned will be assessed a charge of $8.95 to cover costs.
Exchanges will be sent to you for a fee of $8.95 for shipping & handling.
For your returning convenience, a pre-paid UPS label can be emailed to you for a fee of $7.95. This will be deducted off your refund. UPS labels expire 10 days from when they are issued. When using this method, please be sure to drop off the package as soon as possible to your nearest UPS shipping outlet, or with a UPS delivery person.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless there was an error made on our part. In this case, we will refund the customer’s return postage via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail, or offer a prepaid UPS return label. |
